Keep it like a secret

So I had an awesome 5 minutes just now. Let me start with a little back-story:

For a couple months now my headset was broken. I have a Plantronics something or other. The selling point for me was that it had a USB adapter and could use it with my PS3 (via USB). It was working fine the first couple of weeks. This is the part where you would think it started malfunctioning. No no no! I broke it, Not purposely of course, but it stuck out and I walked by it a couple of times and hit it. The point is... Broken now.

The thing that circled it the part that's broken.

So I call Plantronics today, after having broken the USB thing myself months ago, keep in mind I wasn't calling to complain. I asked if they sell that particular replacement piece. Unfortunately they don't, but (and this is a big, ass but) she said she'll send me one complimentary. For a second I was confused and in my confusion could only blurt out "excuse me?" Then again she says, "yeah, we don't sell replacement parts so I'll send you one complimentary."

This might just be some insignificant event compared to like anything ever, but it made my week.

Plantronics constumer service is (insert lame but positive internet meme, ex. win, ftw, winzorz) or great.
