A whole new way to tickle kids' allergies.

I just realized how much of a hardcore-procrastinator I am. I have some homework for one of my film classes I'm supposed to do. It's actually pretty cool homework, (an oxymoron, I'm sure) but for the sheer sport that is procrastination, I will hold off on it until later.

On a different but also rather similar subject, I'm getting back into editing. I stopped for a couple of months because I was burned out on it. I was churning crap out left and right. Now that I've had a proper break I think it's time I continue the last project I left off on. It was a "behind the scenes" sort of band recording thing that I did for Israel's band. I was sort waiting for some more footage, but I got the go ahead to just do it.

The Sunset Tan show on E is fucking repulsive, but I still watch for some reason. I almost foam at the mouth from watching these "people." Except Erin, she's cool.

I did some intense (and long overdue) cleaning in my room today. I don't clean often, but when I do I go into crazy 50's housewife mode. I keep cleaning and cleaning and throwing crap out and arranging and rearranging until I start leaking or something.

I'm halfway looking for an acoustic guitar.

I did a total wipe of Windows XP yesterday. I forgot how the whole thing happened, but I did. I was also bored with the whole Windows thing and looked up Ubuntu (Ubuntu being the newest version of Linux). It's free and great! Except... Yes, there is an except. Except if you're into media production (as I am), more specifically, video editing. If you're a casual user and want to try something new, or even if you lost your Windows CD and need a fresh OS install, it WON'T dissapoint. I felt almost automatically comfortable with the interface. It's aesthetically pleasing and very user friendly. It has crap loads of software for the everyday user. Best of all, you don't need any drivers at all! It instantly recognizes everything. I'll just say that after a fresh install, there is more to do in Ubuntu, than there is in a fresh install of XP. Sooo lame though, If there was a pro level editing app for Ubuntu, I'd switch so fast.

Reminds me of a Mac, sorta.

Here is a link to 10 reasons why Ubuntu is better than Windows XP.

Oh oH! If you're curious, there's a way to try it without uninstalling windows XP. It's super easy. There's instruction on the website. Again, if I forgot to mention, it is FREE. It's legaly free! Totally and completely free!!

There's a chance some dude could buy my TV. I'm having second thoughts about selling it though. Not because I don't want to sell it, but because I would want to wait until that after thanksgiving sale. (I'm totally down for sleeping out front one of those big stores btw.) The thing is, I wouldn't mind waiting if it wasn't for goddam October! October is a cluster-fuck of gaming releases! Everything is coming out October. From Little Big Planet to Fallout 3, shits gonna be insane! I don't want to wait a month to play my games :(

In lighter news, I'm going to sleep now.
